The GameI sit down at the table, arrange my pieces, as you make the first move and the game begins..The Game
Turn after turn, I anticipate your every move, I counter two steps ahead, I lay traps and you fall for every one of them..
Hours turn to days, days to weeks, the game keeps going on and on, move after move, victory looks assured, and finally I leave myself wide open, the move I always anticipate but can never prevent, and you move in for the kill.
I flip the board off the table and walk away, another failure, another loss, more time wasted in this horrible game, so I sit here and wait for an opponent who can meet
